May Book Club | May 7th at 7pm
Join us at Main Street Market for an evening centered around stories that stay with you long after the last page.
Our May book club will feature two thoughtful and conversation-worthy reads. Whether you’ve read one or both, this is a space to slow down, connect, and enjoy a meaningful discussion together.
Our main pick, All the Light We Cannot See, is a beautifully written novel set during World War II. It follows the lives of a blind French girl and a German boy whose paths slowly begin to intersect in unexpected ways. It’s a story about resilience, humanity, and the quiet, often unseen ways people hold onto hope even in the darkest moments.
Our bonus pick, Raising Cole, offers a more intimate and personal perspective. This moving story explores love, loss, and faith, inviting reflection on grief, purpose, and what it looks like to keep going when life takes an unexpected turn. It’s the kind of book that naturally leads to deeper, more personal conversations.
As always, our book club evenings are relaxed and welcoming. Come whether you’ve finished the book, just started, or simply want to be part of the conversation. There’s no pressure—just a chance to gather, share thoughts, and enjoy a cozy night at the market.
We’ll have wine available for purchase, along with dinner, so you can settle in and stay awhile.
