Big news, cheese lovers—our charcuterie boards just got a major upgrade. 🥂 Starting this week, we’re hand-labeling the cheeses and cured meats directly on the board, so you’ll always know exactly what you’re tasting. Today, we are talking all about the cheeses for starters!
Why? Because origin matters.
In France, every cheese tells a story—and it’s protected. The AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) system certifies a cheese’s origin, how it’s made, and even what the animals are fed. You’d never be served a board in France without knowing the name and region of every item on it.
We love that. And we’re bringing that same spirit of quality and transparency to Jasper, starting with every board we build.
