🍷 Celebrating Jasper Eats at Main Street Market – Apéros, Over the Top

What’s Jasper Eats?
It’s Jasper’s annual celebration of our local food scene—a four-day event from Wednesday, August 13th through Saturday, August 16th—where restaurants across town create special menus, offer unique dishes, and invite the community to come together over great food.

In addition to some great pastries and special lunch items, we’re kicking off Jasper Eats in style with Spanish Paella Nights during Apéro Hour on August 14 & 15—saffron rice, shrimp, chicken, chorizo, and fresh vegetables cooked together in one giant, fragrant pan.

But we’re not stopping there! We’re keeping the celebration going all month long with two more weeks of bold, flavor-packed Apéros:

• August 21 & 22 – Fresh Pasta Nights
  Handmade pastas paired with rich, seasonal sauces.

• August 28 & 29 – Flatbread Pizza Nights
  Crisp, artisan-style flatbreads topped with creative combinations.

The relaxed Apéro vibe you love—wine, small plates, community—turned up a notch with elevated flavors and show-stopping dishes.
